At the heart of my creative work lies the profound connection between body and mind.
I seek to draw out and visualize unseen energies and sensations, revealing the innate awareness and vitality within us.

After completing a 3-year (1,600-hour) teacher training program in 2024 under an AmSAT-certified master teacher, I now work as an innovative artist exploring the deep connection between body and mind through the Alexander Technique. My work visually expresses physical movement, sensory experience, and inner states, offering audiences profound emotional experiences.

In addition to installations and performance art, I actively collaborate with a wide range of artists both in Japan and internationally, and appear as a performer in film and video projects. Through interactive, participatory performances and workshops, I create opportunities for audiences to deepen self-awareness and personal growth, demonstrating how art can strengthen the bond between body and mind. My practice spans exhibitions at galleries and museums as well as immersive events in diverse spaces.

Alexander Technique

The Alexander Technique is an educational approach that helps us become aware of unconscious habits in how we use our bodies and how we respond to daily situations, and learn to let go of them.
By releasing unnecessary tension, posture and breathing naturally improve, and movement becomes lighter and more effortless.
This technique is widely applied not only in music, theater, and sports performance, but also in everyday life and overall well-being.

Furthermore, the Alexander Technique has a history of over 120 years as an educational method focused on the connection between mind and body.
In our daily lives, we often develop unconscious patterns of tightening the body or using more effort than necessary.
Through this technique, we learn how to stop those habitual patterns, allowing us to regain our natural coordination and balance.
As a result, posture and breathing improve, movement becomes easier and lighter, and both performance quality and self-awareness are enhanced.
